Speeds/feeds for 0.75in MDF cut with NW HD510 3hp spindle — peck drill needed? Amana Tool 217008 Solid Carbide Ditec Dowel Drill Boring Bit R/H 8mm D x 70mm Long x 10x25mm SHK

What Speed and Feed should I run this at in MDF?
I will be going .75 deep.
Do I need to peck drill?
I am using a NW HD510 w/ 3hp Spindle

Dear KeithWSr,

This s a Boring Bit designed for a boring machine and cannot be ran in a CNC machine. Therefore Feeds/Speeds do not apply to this item.

However, pecking with these is recommended for a boring machine.
