Will a cutter work at 23,000 RPM on a Makita 3612BR for a slab-flattening jig?

I have an "older" Makita 3612 BR router that turns at 23,000 rpm and would like to set up a slab flattening jig. Will this cutter work at 23K?

Dear Tony,
The tool has a Max RPM of 19,000 RPM. We also have a Speed/Feed chart on the part page with the operating specs for it.
