You can go slower, but you need to adjust the feed and chip load.
Does the "suggested RPM 20,000–22,000" warning apply to all bit diameters in the list? Solid Carbide Spiral Flute Plunge for Solid Wood-2 Flute-Upcut
At the bottom of the list of bits is a 'warning suggested rpm 20,000 to 22,000'. Does that apply to all the bit diameters available in that list?
