It will swivel, but the pen point pressure as Next Way refers to will keep it working accurately.
How does the unit prevent rotation and maintain correct pen angle while moving? Next Wave 20281 Shark CNC Tooth Drawing Tool
What keeps the unit from turning when it moves around the drawing? To me, it looks like the unit would turn and not hold the correct angle on the pen.
