Is this 1/16" round-over bit suitable for polycarbonate (plastic) work?

What materials is this for exactly? I work primarily with plastics, and am having a tough time finding a 1/16" round over bit. Will this work for Polycarb?

Dear Jason,
This bit is designed to cut woods but I would presume it could cut plastics as well :)
