The XYZ probe is generally compatible with most CNC machines.
While we don't provide specific routines for third-party controllers since each may have slight differences in G-code interpretation. We also recommend reviewing your controller and software's manual, as the probing routine largely depends on their specific requirements.
If you're using a Grbl-based machine, consider checking out OpenBuilds CONTROL, which offers built-in probing wizards for easy setup.
