Which 1/4" router bit cuts stemware grooves in 1/2" x 2" oak rails for a wine rack?

i have some oak 1/2 in x 2 in x10 in long and are making stemware rack for a wine rack i'm making.
The router shaft is 1/4 in. What bit will do the job?
