Can a license installed on a broken device be transferred and reinstalled on another computer?

What happens to the license (once already installed in the computer/device) if my device happens to break down? Can that license be reinstalled in some other computer?

Dear Oscar,
You would reach out to Vectric directly and they should be able to rectify the issue as it involves the license Key that they have direct access to whereas we are just a point of sale.
