Why is this rotary tool labeled "Not for CNC"? Is it because of low feed rate or other issues? In-Tech Series Insert Straight Plunge Router Bit

What makes this tool "not for use in CNC"? Its for a rotary tool and all a CNC does is hold the router in place of your hands and cuts things. Is this just low feed rate?

This is a single flute insert economy system and meant to introduce users to insert carbide tool on low rpm routers.
