Cost/type of carbide inserts for 61304 (double-sided?) and can a 1" shaper spindle be bushed—any strength concerns?

What is the cost of the carbide inserts for 61304 and are they double sided. My 3 hp shaper has a 1" spindle. Can this be bushed and is there a concern for spindle strength?

The cost of replacement knives number ICK-50 are $6.56 each.
These our double sided.
Reducing the bore down from 1-1/4" to 1" with reducing bushings will not affect in any way the spindle strength.
