Cutting tool burns and leaves scorch marks after a few uses despite correct tool file — why? Amana Tool 45527 Carbide Tipped 2 Dia x 1/2 CH x 1/2 Shk x 2-1/2 Long Spoilboard Surfacing & Flattening 4-Flute Router Bit
We have used two of these before, but after a couple uses, they seem to burn up. They leave burn marks when flattening. Downloaded the correct tool file, is there something that we may be doing wrong?
