The recommended starting parameter for this tool is as follows: 50" IPM @ 18,000 RPM
Chip Load per tooth: 0.003"

I have been using this bit to cut Plexiglass but I find I have to slow down the speed to 2000 rmp to keep the tip from melting the plastic. I started at 12K rpm but it was just a mess. What am I doing wrong?
