What is the relationship between the diameter (d) of the drill bit used the the diameter (D) of the counterbore? For example, if I use the #20204 with a 15/64" drill bit, what will be the size of the counterbore?

D = the diameter that it can achieve and d = the diameter range of the drills that can be used with it.
