Optimal Cutworx Apex Pro settings for 6mm expanded PVC — 3mm step, 24k RPM, 0.06 mm/s causing breaks

Does anyone use this for cutting 6mm expanded PVC? I tried it with my Cutworx Apex Pro machine but couldn't find the optimum settings. 3mm step, 24k rpm, 0.060 mm/s is the best for me but they break after a couple minutes.
