Question: Will this mobile base fit other saw stands, e.g., Grizzly G0938 18" scroll saw?
Answer: Dear Bill,
Unfortunately we can only verfiy that this will fit on other SawStop products. I would advise reaching out to SawStop directly with that model number as they would be able to verify :)

Question: Does this part include the stand, or only the wheeled base?
Answer: Dear Shirley,
As shown in the second picture in the reel, this product is only the attachable wheel base to move the stationary saw stand. This part comes like this because the stationary stand comes standard with the table saw and this is an attachment to make it moveable.
