Channels should be 0.25" wide x .085" deep. Highly recommend facing the vacuum fixture while under vacuum before cutting the channels. This ensure accurate depth.
The standard gasket material we offer is 1/4" wide x 1/8" thick. The 24x48 complete system ships with 50' of grid gasket at this size, which does not have an adhesive backing. For vacuum fixtures, we recommend our adhesive backed gasket, which has the same dimensions. The All Star CNC PN is CR 12 25.
