Leather max (approx): 10W M1 — 4–6 mm (clean cuts up to ~6 mm with slow or multiple passes); 5W M1 — 1.5–3 mm (best ≤3 mm, multiple passes may be required).Acrylic max (approx, cast acrylic): 10W M1 — typically cuts 2–4 mm reliably (3 mm best; 4 mm possible with slow/multiple passes); 5W M1 — ~1–2 mm (mostly engraving; very thin cuts possible with many passes).Military/veteran discount: I don’t sell hardware.
