Is D1 .030 (0.762 mm) compatible with 1/4" or 1/2" router collets? Sets covering .030–.25?

is D1 measurement .030 (.762mm ) and will this work in a handheld plunge router with a 1/4 collet or a 1/2 collet . also do you have any sets that cover different sizes from .030 - .25 ? Thank you for your time . This is for a gift to a friend who makes items and engraves on them .

The D1 is 0.030" and yes it could work :)
