Optimal RPM for 1/2" shank 45733 V-groove bit on 3kW spindle (max 18,000 RPM) to maximize tool life

What speed should I be running this at to get the most life out of it? The "cheaper" v groove bits I've been running at 16,000 but they are 2 fluted. It's being used in a 3kw spindle so the highest I can go is 18,000 according to wincnc and Camaster. I bought the 1/2 inch shank 45733. Thanks in advance

45733 can handle a max RPM of 28,000 therefore whether you run it at 16,000 RPM or 18,000 should affect the longevity of the tool.
