Is the $119 price for the entire 12" ruler set (all heads) or only the ruler and square head?

Are all of the components in the picture $119.00 or is the price for the 12" ruler and a square head only and not the angle head and centering head etc.
I am a member of the WWGOA and see their advertising with much higher prices. The picture shown is very misleading if you are only getting 1-2 pieces.

The items that come with this listing are shown in the picture reel on page 7 of the reel :) The picture matches the part number WP-I-CSHO-MXL
