Dear Andrew,
Stepcraft has noified us that they can provide you the manual per request by contacting them directly.
In regard to the vacuum port diameter, they said this: The dust collector has a 1" ID so depending on their dust collection setup they may need to go get a 1" adapter from a local hardware store.
