Answer: You can plunge straight down
Question: Cut 5/16" slot in 1/8" wall aluminum tube with tool #51642 — single pass? recommended depths & speeds/feeds
Answer: Yes you can cut it all in one pass and the recommended range for feed and speed are as follows:
70 IPM @ 18,000 RPM
