Optimal RPM, feed (IPM) and stepdown for 1/8" (51402) endmill cutting 1.5mm aluminum for mirror finish

Hi I need the best speed, feed rate and step down for the 51402 bit..!!! to cut 1.5 mm aluminum...!!!! I try with 18000 rpm and 70 in/min and dont get the par have a mirror finish..!!!! Need your help. I try this with my 1/8 bit and work great A: Sign Thickness: 1/4"
Feed Rate (IPM): 30IPM
Speed Rate (RPM): 10,000
Step Down: 1.6mm (4 passes) for total of 1/4"

We suggest that you try 80" IPM @ 18,000 RPM with a chip load of 0.005" and a step down of 1.588mm.
