Does the blue coating extend into blade gullets or only cover the polycarbonate plate?
Non-Melt, Plastic Cutting Saw Blades
I cut polycarbonate mirror with paper on both sides. The blades I currently use make a satisfactory cut. However the paper, leaves the adhesive inside the gullets. Which, when built up, starts tearing the paper in subsequent cuts. After cleaned, it works well for a little while. Does your blue coating extend to the inside of the gullets, or is it just on the plate?

The coating is on the blade itself as that primarily is what makes the cut and contact :)

Kevin
