Please note that these CNC Extension Adapters are meant to be used on CNC machines only and are not suitable for under the table mounted routers, hand held routers or table routers.
Is this slim spindle extension suitable for under-table woodworking routers using larger-diameter bits? Carbide Tipped Brad Point Boring Bits - 70mm Long - 10mm x 30mm Shank-Left Hand
Is this extension also suitable for use in an under-the-table mounted woodworking router for use with the usual array of wood shaping bits? I like the slim profile of this extension compared to many others that are much beefier, but that also may be a detriment for conventional woodworking. Perhaps using it with larger diameter bits taking a bigger bite on wood than a lot of typically smaller diameter CNC router bits do might cause the extension to deflect more under the increased side pressure loading and will negate its excellent run-out spec.
