Unfortunately not for 3" material
Custom 3" glue-joint cutter and 45° lock-miter head for 1-1/4" spindle, thick white oak and IPE Glue Joint Shaper Cutters
I need a glue joint cutter for up to 3" thick material, white oak specifically. I have an 1 1/4" spindle shaper with sliding bed to perform endgrain shaping. I will also need a 45 degree lock joint miter head, also for 1 1/4" dia. spindle shaper, cutting up to 1 3/4" thick IPE. (Brazilian Walnut) which is one of the densest, hardest hardwoods. Can you make up custom knives to fit into your large dia. head stock for the glue joint head? Can you custom make a 45 lock miter head that takes thicker stock?

Answer: Its a 3/4" bore with T-bushings that allow you to size it down to 1/2"
